Santai Labs provides AI Business Assessments, Assessment Reports, and Consultation Services designed to help businesses identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, opportunities, and areas where AI or automation may improve operations.

The service includes:

• AI Business Assessment
• Assessment Report
• One personalised consultation session

Additional services may be offered separately and are not included unless explicitly stated.

The standard assessment fee is AUD $1,000.

Payment must be received before the assessment is conducted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All prices are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Most assessments take approximately 45–60 minutes.

Actual duration may vary depending on business complexity and available information.

One consultation session is included with each assessment.

The consultation is intended to explain findings, recommendations, and potential next steps.

Recommendations provided by Santai Labs are advisory in nature.

Clients remain responsible for all business decisions, implementation activities, and outcomes.

Santai Labs does not guarantee:

• Revenue increases
• Cost reductions
• Business growth
• Operational improvements
• Specific outcomes

Any estimates, projections, or examples provided are indicative only.

Clients may request to reschedule with reasonable notice.

Santai Labs reserves the right to reschedule services where necessary.

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Assessment reports, templates, frameworks, and materials created by Santai Labs remain the intellectual property of Santai Labs unless otherwise agreed.

Clients may use their reports internally for business purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Santai Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of its services, reports, recommendations, or consultations.
